    Fresh Cooked Shrimp ~ 8 oz
    Marinated Artichoke Hearts ~ 6 oz
    Whole Wheat Spiral Pasta ~ 8 oz
    Extra Light Olive Oil ~ 5 Tbsp
    Garlic Salt ~ 1 tsp
    Black Pepper ~ 1 tsp
    Parmesan Cheese (grated) ~ 1 Tbsp


* Boil noodles until done
* Rinse artichoke hearts in strainer until water is clear
* Sautee shrimp & artichoke hearts in pan with 1 Tbsp olive oil
* Strain noodles & add to shrimp & artichoke hearts
* Add 4 remaining Tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese ~ mix well
* Serve Hot
