    2 cups cooked spagetti or any other pasta
    200gm Oyster mushrooms
    1 tbsp corn oil
    1 medium onion
    .75tsp salt
    1 dash pepper
    1 tsp dried parsley
    .5c water
    .5c milk
    2 tbsp flour


cook and drain pasta as usual.
heat the oil, brown the diced onions in it. Meanwhile cut mushrooms into small cubes, wash briefly and drain well. add to the onions, fry covered for about 15 minutes, add salt parsley and pepper, cook another 5 minutes at lower temperature, then disolve the flour in water, add together with the milk to the mushrooms. Simmer until thickening.
Pour over the pasta and seve immidiately.
Do not keep overnight.
