Ingredients

    1 LB lean ground beef

    1 tomato

    2 cups lettuce

    1 pkg. taco seasoning

    1 serving of baked tortillia chhips


Directions

Brown lean ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning and simmer according to directions on package.

Put baked tortillias on a plate and add toppings.

This recipe makes 4 good size plates full of taco salad. You could actually get 5 or 6 small servings.
