    2 Large eggs
    15 grams of Feta or Feta Light
    100 grams of cooked Brocolli


Cook frozen brocolli in the microwave for 3 minutes. Start to fry the two eggs in a pan, sprinkle crumbled feta onto eggs. Break yolks on eggs, then sprinkle cooked brocolli on eggs. Flip over eggs cook for 30-40 secs. Then put onto plate and enjoy!! Just enough for a single serving.
