Introduction

Found this in a Cuisine magazine and LOVED it! In my calculations, I used yellow mustard because SP doesn't have whole-grain mustard, but the original recipe calls for whole-grain. ENJOY! Ingredients

    3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
    1 Tbsp. whole-grain mustard
    1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
    1/4 Tsp. Dried Thyme
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast (6-oz each)
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil.
2. Stir dijon, maple syrup, whole-grain mustard, brown sugar, and thyme together in small bowl.
3. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Place on prepared baking sheet and brush with mustard mixture.
4. Roast 30 minutes, then baste with mustard mizture again. Return to oven and roast until chicken reasches internal temp of 165 degrees (about 15-20 minutes longer).
