    3 cups swiss chard, roughly chopped
    1/2 medium onion, large dice
    4 shiitake mushrooms, cut into 1/4" strips
    1/2 Tbl balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp Sriracha Thai pepper sauce
    1 fl. oz. dry sherry
    1 Tbl lite soy sauce


heat large non-stick skillet over medium heat. coat with cooking spray. add onions. saute until tender, add mushrooms and saute for 1 minute. Add chard and saute for 1 minute until wilted. Add soy, vinegar, pepper sauce, and sherry. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Serves 2.
