    3 cups cooked long-grain brown rice
    2 cups cooked edamame
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1 yellow bell pepper, diced
    4 cups Imagine Organic Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
    4 cloves fresh garlic, sliced


Combine all ingredients in a 10-cup casserole.
