    1 lb stew beef diced fine
    8 oz mushrooms chopped
    1 1/2 C chiopped Onion
    1 1/2 C chopped Celery
    4 cloves Garlic minced
    8 C beef Broth
    2 C diced Potato, small
    2 C diced Rutabaga, fine
    2 C frozen Corn
    2 C Frozen Green Beans
    3 C Frozen Peas and Carrots
    2 tsp Thyme dry
    1 tsp Rosemary dry
    1 T Olive Oil


Brown meat in olive oil. Add Mushrooms, onion, celery cook until browned. Add garlic cook 2 minutes. Add broth and spices simmer 1 hr.
Add all vegetables and cook until rutabaga and potato is tender, approximately 10 minutes. You can now cook until thicker or add water and thin out..

I like to thin some and make dumplings or thicken and serve with crusty french bread.
