    3 tbsp fugar
    2 tbsp flour
    1 tbsp butter, melted
    1 tsp poppy seeds

    2 c flour (stir with wire whisk before measuring)
    3/4 c sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    3/4 cup fat free buttermilk or 3 tbsp dry buttermilk plus 3/4 cup water
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1 tbsp grated orange rind
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 large egg, lightly beaten
    1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
    Cooking spray


Preheat oven to 375.
Mix struesel ingredients in small bowl and set aside.
Combine dry ingredients in medium bowl, mix well. Make a well in center of flour mixture.
Combine wet ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into well of flour mixture. Stir just until moistened.
Spoon batter into 15 muffin cups coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle struesel over muffins evenly.
Bake at 375 for 18 minutes. Remove from pans immediately to wire racks.
