    4 Large Sweet Potatoes
    1 T. Lowry's Seasoning Salt
    1/4 t. Garlic Powder
    1/2 t. Ground Cumin
    2 T. Brown Sugar , Packed
    2 T. Olive Oil
    Cooking Oil Spray


Preheat oven to 450 F.

Wash sweet potatoes well and dry. Cut each potatoe in half long wise. Cut each half into four wedges. Place wedges in a large bowl. Sprinkle potatoes with remaining ingredients and then toss until potatoes are well coated with oil and spice mixture.

Spray cooking sheet with spray cooking oil. Arrange potatoe wedges in a single layer with about 1/4" space between weges. Bake in preheated oven about 15 minutes. Remove from oven, turn wedges carefully with tongs or aspatula to allow for browning on the opposite side. Return to oven for 10 - 15 mor minutes or until wedges are lightly browned and tender.

Serve warm.
