    1c. sugar
    1c flour
    1.3 c ww flour
    1 tbsp baking powder
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp baking soda
    .5 tsp salt
    1.5 c chopped apples
    1c LF buttermilk
    1/3. c FF milk
    1/3 c natural unsweetened applesauce
    3 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    2 lg. egg whites
    1 lg. egg
    Cooking Spray
    3 tbsp sugar
    2 tsp ground cinnamon


Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups. level with a knife. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients in a lg bowl. Stir in apple and make a well in center of mixture.
In a separate bowl combine buttermilk and next 6 ingredients, and stir well with a whisk. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moist. Spoon batter into 18 muffin cups coated with cooking spray.

Combine 3 tbsp sugar and 2 tsp cinnamona nd sprinkle evenly over batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes or until done. Remove from pans immediately and cool on a wire rack.
