    2 red Peppers,
    1 bunch of Basil
    3 cloves of Garlic, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tomato, chopped
    1/4 c. parmesan cheese
    1 box of bow tie pasta


Roast red pepper over flame unitl they are charred. Cool and remove skin and chop. Saute garlic and onion until soft, add red pepper, cook for another 1-2 minutes. Then add to food processor with basil and puree ( I leave a few chucks) Cook Pasta according to direction on box. Drain pasta and coat with sauce, Sprinkle with cheese (optional) Enjoy
