    1 (4 serving) envelope low-calorie strawberry gelatin
    1 cup boiling water
    1 pint strawberries, hulled and crushed
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 cup low-calorie whipped topping


♥ Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
♥ Stir in strawberries and lemon juice.
♥ Chill until slightly thickened.
♥ Fold in whipped topping.
♥ Spoon into individual dessert dishes.
♥ Chill until set, about 2 hours.
