    2 Chicken breasts with no skin
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup of uncooked brown minute rice
    1 14.5 ounce can of Chicken broth
    1 small onion
    3 Tbsp. light miracle whip


Boil chicken. In a 13 x 9 baking dish combine all other ingredients. Chop onion and when chicken is done tear into small pieces and add both to casserole mixture. Mix together well and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
