Introduction

Quick and easy to make. You can prepare the meatballs and sauce the night before, and just before baking, pour the sauce over the meat. Quick and easy to make. You can prepare the meatballs and sauce the night before, and just before baking, pour the sauce over the meat.

Ingredients

    1 lb Lean Ground Beef
    1 pkg Dry Onion Soup Mix

    1 can Low Far Cream of Chicken Soup
    1.5 cups Low Fat Cream Cheese
    2 tsp Garlic powder
    4 Tblsp Green Onions

    Seasonings of your choice

Directions

Combine ground beef and soup mix in a large bowl.
Shape into 12 meat balls, and place in an oven safe dish.
In separate bowl, combine the following 4 ingredients. Add whatever other seasonings you would like (ex: Rosemary, sage, Tarragon, Basil, Garlic or a combination of a few different ones)
Pour sauce over Meat Balls and bake uncovered at 350 for about 30-35 mins.
Serve with healthy harvest pasta and veggies (Nutritional value not included)
