    Whole-wheat pasta
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/3 cup sliced chicken
    1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1/4 tsp dried thyme
    1/4 cup white wine
    2 tbsp capers, rinsed and drained
    Grated Parmesan cheese


Prepare pasta according to package directions. Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan. Add chicken, tomatoes, garlic and thyme; saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add white wine and capers; cook, stirring frequently, 3 minutes more. Toss chicken mixture with pasta. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.

    Obviously the calorie info is totally wrong and we improvised to add more chicken and tomato, since the listed amount didn't seem like much for a whole package of pasta. - 12/13/08
