Introduction

My version of yummy pumpkin pie oatmeal! This makes either 4 large servings or 6 smaller ones. I like to make this larger amount and divide it into containers for work. I just microwave it, and sometimes pour a little skim milk over! If divided into 6 servings, calories are about 160. My version of yummy pumpkin pie oatmeal! Very Good
This is almost the same as my recipe, except I omit the splenda and imitation vanilla and use soy milk instead of water. I cook the whole thing together in the microwave and it smells great! - 4/4/09
