    8 oz of chicken breast, boiled and shredded
    2 cups of chopped red tomatos
    1 cup of diced onion
    1 tbs of black pepper
    1 tbs of chili powder (or hot pepper flakes)
    1 cup of crumbled feta cheese
    4 large (6-6.5 inch) whole wheat pitas
    4 tbs of olive oil


Makes 4 personal pita pizzas

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1. Heat 2 tbs of olive oil in pan and add onion, chili powder and pepper - cook until onions are soft

2. Add chopped tomatoes to pan - cook for 5 minutes

3. Add chicken to pan and stir until throughly combined.

4. Take pan off heat and stir in feta cheese

5. Brush each pita with remaining olive oil

6. Take chicken mixture and place 1/4 of the mixture on top of each pita

7. bake for 10 minutes until sizzling.
