    1 lb. Ground beef
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can pinto beans
    1 onion
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. Sugar


Dump all ingredients in crock pot. Add 4 T. Chili Powder, 2 T. Garlic Powder, 2 T. Italien Seasoning, 1 T. Cumin, 2 t. salt and 2 t. pepper. Cook on high for one hour then switch to medium for 7 hours.
