    pumpkin canned
    whole wheat flour
    white flour
    egg whites
    brown sugar
    craisins, chopped
    baking powder
    pumpkin pie spice
    vanilla extact


Preheat oven to 350.

In a lar bowl, mix both flours, splenda, br. sugar, baking pwdr, innamon, and pumpkin pie spice.

In a med bowl, mix together pumpkin, eggs and vannilla extact. Add to bol of dry ingredients and stir until just blended.

Slowly sprinkly chopped Craisins into batter, make sure they don't all stick together and mix to distribute them evenly.

Spoon batter in a large loaf pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake for about 50 min, until the top of loaf is firm to touch. cool then cut into 8 even slices.
