    Whole-wheat spaghetti
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 14-ounce can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
    1/3 cup chopped tomatoes
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1/4 cup white wine
    1 1/2 tbsp snipped fresh tarragon
    Grated Parmesan cheese


Prepare pasta according to package directions. Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan. Add chickpeas, tomatoes and garlic; saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add white wine and tarragon. Toss chicken mixture with pasta. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
