Ingredients

Lean ground beef
Onion
Garlic
Salt, Pepper, Cayenne
Tomatoes
Spegetti Sauce
Cottage Cheese
Whole Wheat Noodles
Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Diced Onions and Chop Garlic.
Cook til slightly brown.
Add Meat to onions and Garlic. Cook til meat is brown. Add salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, italian seasoning, Italian Diced Tomatoes and Hunts Spegetti Sauce.
Cook until heated thru.
Grease 9x11 Pan. Add a layer of noodles.
Add 1/2 of the meat sauce as a layer.
Add layer of noodles.
Add Cottage cheese as a layer.
Add Noodles as a layers
Add the rest of the meat mixture as a layer.
Add a final layer of noodles.
Cover with foil and cook for 1 hour.
Remove foil, add cheese and cook for 15 minutes.
Let cool for 15 minutes and then serve.
