    1 lb ground beef cooked and drained and rinsed
    1 bag of tater tots
    1 can cheddar cheese soup
    1 can milk 2%
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1 onion chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste


brown ground beef and drain return to pan
add chopped onion, green pepper, cheddar cheese soup and milk. Still till blended.
Layer in a 2 qt casserole dish the tater tots and the ground been soup mixture till gone ending with the ground beef.
cook 45 min at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
makes 8 -1 cup servings
