    1 1/2 lb. Ground beef
    2 cans chopped tomatoes
    1 can Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free
    2 cans pinto beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can Yellow Sweet Corn
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 packets of taco seasoning


Brown meat.

Put everything in a pot and bring to simmer. I added some refried beans to the soup to give it some more protein. I don't know how that would effect the calorie count.

I have a homemade taco seasoning that I use. It is MSG free. It is here on sparkrecipes if you are interested in using that.

I pureed the tomatoes, because that is the only way my family will eat them.
Some things that might be worth trying: replace a can of tomatoes with tomatoes and green chiles
replace a can of tomatoes with zesty V8.

Made this for my family of 8 and there was leftovers, so I am gonna guess that it serves 12.
