    2 Cups Cauliflower, thawed
    2.5 Tbsp Mayo
    1.5 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
    1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
    1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
    1 Tbsp Bread Crumbs

    Salt, Pepper, and Paprika to taste


Steam Cauliflower until tender. Mash with Mayo and Mustard. Gently stir in Mozzarella Cheese and season with salt & pepper. Pour into sprayed casserole dish.

Mix together Parmesan Cheese and Bread Crumbs. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Sprinkle over the top.

Bake at 375F for about 20 minutes. Until golden brown and bubbly.
