    1/2 c applesauce, unsweetened
    1 c fat free yogurt
    3/4 c sugar
    1 egg
    1 c white flour
    1 c whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda


Mix all ingredients together and spoon into lightly greased muffin pans. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes.

Makes 18 muffins

**Use flavoured yogurt or add chocolate chips for variety!

    Thanks for the tip! I just tried this and it worked great so I've changed the recipe and WOW what a difference on calories!
