    2-1/2 C Old-Fashioned Oats
    1/2 C Almonds (sliced, or slivered)
    1/2 C Cashew Halves (roasted, salted)
    1/2 C Sunflower Seeds (raw or roasted)
    1/2 C Peanuts (roasted, salted)
    1/2 C Pecan Halves
    1/2 C Unsweetened Coconut
    1/2 C Toasted Wheat Germ
    1/2 C Sesame Seeds
    1/2 C Flax Seeds
    1/2 C Vegetable Oil
    3 Tbsp. Butter
    1 C Splenda
    1/2 C Sugar Free Maple Syrup
    1/2 C Peanut Butter
    1/4 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp. Cinnamon


Preheat Oven to 275 degrees.

In a VERY large bowl, combine oats, all nuts, seeds, and coconut. In a small saucepan, over medium heat, stir together until melted the oil, butter, Splenda, syrup, peanut butter, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour over the oat mixture and stir very well, until all is coated.

Spread the mixture into a large roasted pan or baking sheet. Place in oven and bake, stirring every 20 minutes, until golden brown and the oats lose their "raw" taste. This will take 1-1/2 - 2 hours. Remove pan from oven and allow to cool completely, stirring occasionally. Once cooled, store in an air-tight container.

Makes about fifty 2-Tbsp. servings.
