Introduction

Surprisingly good. Add cheese, sliced hard boiled egg, avacado slices, etc., to sandwich if desired. Surprisingly good. Add cheese, sliced hard boiled egg, avacado slices, etc., to sandwich if desired.

Ingredients

    1 can chick peas/garbonzos roughly mashed
    1 large stalk celery chopped
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    2 oz. (3 sm) sweet pickles or (pickle relish)
    3 TBLS. Miracle Whip or (Mayo)
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Drain chick peas and press roughly, don't mash completely. Add chopped celery, onion and pickles mix well and add Miracle Whip and salt and pepper to taste.

Makes 8 - 1/4 cup servings (fills 1/2 sandwich)
