    .8c of rice
    1c Coconut Milk (you can also use the dry version of coconut milk)
    1c Water
    .25 tsp salt


Wash the rice, meanhiwle boil the water and cocnut milk, then add the rice adn salt and cook like normal rice covered.
When the liquid has been absorbed, remove from the heat and let is sit covered for anohter 5 minutes.

Serves 2-3 people, serve with stew, vegetables or anything else you eat with rice.
