    8 turkey sausages
    1 large can stewed tomatoes ( 2 cup)
    1 cup yellow or green wax beans
    1 cup celery
    1 cup onions
    1 tbsp parsley or 10 springs if fresh
    2 cups rice


1. Fully cook sausages and mushrooms in a large skillet or wok.
2. Add in tomatoes, beans, celery, parsley and onions.
3. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until all veggies are cooked.
4. Prepare rice and place on dish.
5. Spoon tomato/turkey misture on top.
