    1 cupSplenda Brown Sugar Blend, packed
    1/2 cup Smart Balance 50/50 Blend, softened
    1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 eggs
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 cups quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 cups Curves Whole Grain Crunch cereal
    1/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips


1. Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat brown sugar, butter, oil, vanilla and eggs with electric mixer on low speed until blended. With spoon, stir in flour, oats, baking powder and baking soda until well mixed. Stir in cereal and chocolate chips.
2. On ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
3. Bake 14 to 17 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
