Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb sirloin beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 cups sliced carrots
    1 tsp minced garlic
    3 tsp paprika
    1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
    1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
    1 tsp all-purpose flour

Directions

Makes 4 servings

1. Heat oil in skillet.
2. Add beef, carrots, and garlic and cook until beef is browned.
3. Add paprika and mix well. Cook 1 minute. Stir in tomato sauce.
4. In small bowl, combine sour cream and flour. Add to beef mixture, cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated. If mixture becomes too thick, stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons water.
