    1 Tbs canola oil
    2 cups cooked chopped skinless chicken
    2 large cans diced tomatoes
    1 jalapeno
    .5 c green pepper
    .5 c onion
    1 small can green chilies
    3 Tbs cilantro
    1 tub light sour cream
    1 large can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    tortilla chips


Make salsa in blender from jalapeno, chilies, onion, green pepper, and cilantro. Process these until smooth then add one can of tomatoes drained. Set salsa aside. Place oil in pan with chicken. Heat through. Add salsa, sour cream and cream of mushroom soup. Cook until heated through. Layer sauce mixture with crushed tortillas. Sauce, chips, sauce chips, ending with sauce. Gently poke a spatual in various places to allow sauce to drain down. Then bake at 350 for 30 minutes covered in foil.
