    I4 c. quick or regular oats cereal
    1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 c. flacked coconut
    1/4 c. sliced almonds
    1/4 c. roasted soy nuts
    1/4 c. crude wheat germ
    1/4 c. wheat bran
    1/4 c. oat bran
    1/4 c. salted sunflower seeds
    1/4 c. flax seed, ground
    1/4 c. raisins, not packed
    1/4 c. Sun-Maid FruitBits
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. honey


Combine oats, wheat germ, and applesauce. Spread in jelly roll pan. Bake in 350 oven for 10 minutes.
Combine oats mixture with coconut and and almonds. Bake another 10 minutes. Watch carefully!
Add the rest of the ingredients to the baked mixture. Cool. Store in refrigerator.
