    1 lbs lean ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1 - 14 oz can corn
    1 pkg Taco seasoning mix, or:
    (1 tsp salt/1 tsp chilli powder/1/2 tsp corn starch/1/2 tsp chilli flakes/1/2 tsp cumin/1/2 tsp garlic powder/1/4 tsp oregano.)
    2 cups cooked brown rice.


1. Cook beef an onion, draining fat if necessary.
2. Add corn and spices, stir.
3. Add cooked rice, simmer for 10 minutes.
