Ingredients

    1.25lbs Ground Turkey
    1 small Zucchini, sliced
    4 large crimini mushrooms, sliced
    .25 medium onion, chopped
    2 8 oz cans Hunt's no salt tomato sauce
    2 14.5 oz cans No Salt Added Diced tomatoes
    Oregano, Basil, Garlic powder, Italian Seasoning, Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Brown Turkey in pan then drain and set aside.
Saute vegetables until just cooked (about 10 minutes)
Place vegetables in large pot with turkey, tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Add seasonings.
Let simmer at least one hour, stirring occasionally and adjusting spices as needed.
