    * organic sweet potato puree, 3.5 cup (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    * Evaporated milk- Vitamin D added, 16 tbsp (remove)
    * Ginger, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9" (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed (remove)
    * Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp (remove)


Mix all ingredients together and mix well. Pour into pie shell. I always line the edge of the pie crust with tin foil so that it does not get too browned, but that's optional. Then cook at 425 for 15 minutes. Do not remove the pie from the oven, but reduce the temperature to 350 degrees and continue to cook for an additional 35-40 minutes.
