1 and 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup of ground trail mix (remove big nuts), 1 cup ground almond, 1/2 cup wheat germ. 1/2 cup buckwheat honey ( full of flavor) with 1/4 brown cane sugar and 1/4 cup of butter ( or you can chose any kind of healthy oil that can stand the cooking at 325 degree). vanilla extract, 0.5 tsp salt and 0.5 cup of dried cranberries.
Directions
Mix in a large bowl, 1 and 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup of ground trail mix (remove big nuts), 1 cup ground almond, 1/2 cup wheat germ. In a pan warm 1/2 cup buckwheat honey ( full of flavor) with 1/4 brown cane sugar and 1/4 cup of butter ( or you can chose any kind of healthy oil that can stand the cooking at 325 degree). Stir it and cook it slowly for a few minutes at low heat. In the large bowl add the liquid ingredients with the solid mixture, add vanilla extract, salt and dried cranberries. Mix well with your fingers. Lay the mix in an oiled tray, press down slightly. cook in the oven at 325 for 25 minutes. cool down and make 15 servings.
