    ¼ cup dry mustard
    ¼ cup white vinegar
    1/3 cup white wine
    1 tablespoon sugar
    3 egg yolks or 3/4 cup liquid eggs substitute


Blend together all ingredients except egg yolks. Let this mixture marinate for 30 minutes. Beat egg yolks into the mixture with an egg beater. Transfer to a double boiler or a saucepan with a heavy bottom. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool and store in a covered container for up to 1 month.
