Ingredients

    10 cups of water
    2 fresh large carrots with their steams and foliage
    2 leeks
    one whole onion
    parsley
    thyme
    laurel

Directions

In a large pan pour water and add 2 fresh large carrots with their steams and foliage, 2 leeks, one whole onion, parsley, thyme and laurel. Bring to a boil, simmer for 2 hours. cool down, drain and keep the resulting broth in a large bowl and discard the cooked vegetables. Your broth is ready to use. Can be kept in the fridge for later use in many recipe like Asian, sea foods, raw soup.
