Introduction

This is all in one dinner or lunch.All you need to do is add a dressing of your liking to your cal and fat count. I did not add that into the Nutritional INFO.This meal takes about 15 min to make. It's a fast and easy. It tastes great and its very filling. It's low fat and very, very filling.

FYI:
1) Move over butter is very low in fat and cals
and works great in this recipe it has 6 gms of fat and 50 cals pre tbsp . I think if you try you will find it very rich creamy and smooth. It is as close as you can get to the real taste of the real thing. Buttttttter umm how I miss it.

Ingredients

    1) 1 tbsp Move Over Butter
    2) 2 cup, Broccoli, chopped slitly cooked,
    3) 1 & 1/2 cups Nonfat, Milk
    4) 1/2 cup Fat free half and half
    6) 1 med, Garlic Clove
    7) 1 tsp Onion powder
    8)1 package Lipton Pasta Sides Butter Fettuccini

    Garden Side about 1 cup per person:

    red leaf, iceburg, romaine salad tomatos ,carrots, cucumbers and onion
    feta cheese 1 oz if you would like or a cheese that is about the same in fat and cals

Directions

1) In med sauce pan add package of pasta half & half, milk and butter cook on med heat stirring occasionally.
2) Mean while start preparing the salad.
3) When pasta comes to a low boil adds broccoli cook for about 5 min more or until the pasta is down to your liking .
4) Finish making the salad.
