Ingredients

    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Whole-wheat Pita, 6 large (6-1/2" dia)
    * Kosher Salt, 1/2 tsp
    * Paprika, 1/2 tsp
    * Black Pepper 1/2 tsp

Directions

Makes 12 4 Chip Servings

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Lightly brush oil onto both sides of pita.

Mix kosher salt, paprika, and black pepper. Sprinkle over one side of each pita.

Cut each pita into 8 wedges.

Bake approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
