    3 Cucumbers peeled and sliced
    2 Dill pickle spears (chopped)
    1 Cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream
    1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar
    1/2 Teaspoon Salt
    Dash of pepper to taste


Place sliced Cucumbers in a bowl and add the diced dill pickles. Set aside. In another bowl mix the sour cream, vinegar, salt and pepper until well blended. Add the sour cream mixture to the cucumbers and pickles and toss. Refrigerate until chilled.
