    juice of one lemon
    juice of two limes
    zest of one lemon
    zest of 1 lime
    stick of butter
    2 large eggs
    1/2 cup sugar
    graham cracker crust
    cool whip


add all ingrediants apart from the crust and whipped topping to a pan and cook at a moderate heat,tirring constantly until thick enough to leave the imprint of your whisk. this is lemon-lime curd.
transfer to a container and refridgerate for 1 hour.
add the curd to the crust and top with cool whip.
