Ingredients

    1/2 lb ground turkey
    garlic clove, smashed
    scallion chopped and reserve 1 Tbl.
    1/2 can black beans
    1/2 can kidney beans
    1 can 28 ounce crushed tomatoes
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 Cup chopped carrots
    1 Cup chopped red bell peppers
    1/2 tsp brown sugar
    2 Tbl chili powder
    FF sour cream for garnish.
    1 Tb olive oil

Directions

Heat olive oil and sautee scallions and garlic. Add turkey and brown. Add chili powder and continue to cook 1 more minute. Add carrots and bell pepper and sautee 3-4 minutes. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30+ minutes.
Serve with a sprinkle of reserved scallions and a dallop of ff sour cream.
