    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)
    Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)
    Ginger Root, 2 tsp (remove)
    Vegetable Broth, 3 cup (remove)
    *Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added, 2.5 cup (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 6 tsp brownulated (remove)
    Curry powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Cider Vinegar, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Cornstarch, .0625 cup (remove)
    Beans, black, 1 cup (remove)
    mandarin tofu, 6 serving (remove)


Saute tofu and remove. Saute onion, peppers, garlic and chilies if using, Stir in broth, pineapple with juice, sugar, curry powder and reserved tofu. Simmer 5 minutes. Heat to boiling, stir in vinegar and cornstarch, cook until thickened and add beans and cook 2 - 3 minutes.
