    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Broccoli, cooked, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Cauliflower, cooked, 1 cup (1" pieces) (remove)
    Carrots, cooked, 0.5 cup slices (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup (remove)
    *Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Flour, white, .0625 cup (remove)
    Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, lite firm, 340 grams (remove)
    Salt, .75 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)
    Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 4 slice (remove)


Saute onions and mushrooms. Add to other vegies in casserole. Combine tofu mixture, pour over top and top with breadcrumbs.
