    2 Chicken Breasts
    Organic Vegetable Broth, 1/2 cup
    *98% fat free Cream of Mushroom Soup, 2.5 cup
    Milk, 1%, 1/2 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded


Poach chicken breasts in vegetable broth in covered pan on stove. When almost cooked add soup and milk. Cook until thickened and chicken is done. Add cheese at the end. Serve over rice w/ favorite vegetable like broccoli, carrots or a salad.

  • This is a good quick meal,but it is missing something.....like veggies....so I added fresh cooked broccoli florets right into the sauce. Next time I will try cauliflour.That should be good with the cheese - 11/24/08
