    4 lb. pork tenderloin
    vegetable oil
    2 onions
    2 garlic cloves
    4 t. flour
    1 16 oz can stweded tomatoes
    2 16 oz cans Mexican tomatoes
    2 7 oz cans green chiles
    1 7 oz can Herdez Salsa Casera
    pepper 1/2 t garlic salt
    1 bay leaf
    1 t. chili powder
    3 t. cumin


Trim fat off pork and cut into 1 inch cubes. Heat oil in a large heavy pot and cook pork until browned. Add onion and garlic; cook until tender. Stir in flour; cook and stir 1-2 minutes. Add all remaining ingrediants, season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer 1-2 hours or until meat is tender. Serving size 1 cup - makes about 14 servings.
