    1/2 cup white flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup white sugar
    2 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    3/4 cup oats
    1 egg
    3 tbsp applesauce, unsweetened
    1/2 cup milk
    1 large ripe banana, mashed


Mix sugar and egg. Add dry ingredients. Blend applesauce and milk together in a separate bowl, then add mashed banana. Stir and add to dry ingredients mixture. Stir until moistened and divide into 12 muffin cups. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes.
